Copy of a badge found in Salisbury, which probably came from St Anthony's Hospital in London. Probably 15thC

St Anthony is the Patron Saint of Swineherds, and customarily got one piglet from each litter, which were belled, and knows as Tantonys, and the name passsed on to small bells.
